Virtual Proofs for Orders
Every order receives a virtual proof to be approved before print. Virtual proofs are created when a client confirms and places their order. All virtual proofs must be approved by the client before production. Proofs are provided on average with-in 24 to 72 hours. Proofs are sent to the client to the email address they provide and the client must send a reply email stating the proof is "APPROVED" before their order is put into production.
Clients can request updates to their proof before they approve it. Any updates requested must be specific as to the size, location etc. they wish to see the update take place.
Clients can request updates and colour changes to their submitted artwork. These types of updates are subject to a graphic design charge and will be quoted on a per order basis.
Virtual Proofs for Non-Orders
Clients can request a virtual proof to see how their logo and branding will look on a product without placing an order. Some of our vendors will provide a virtual proof free or charge and some vendors do charge for non-order virtual proofs. Inquire at time of interest.
Our clients can also create their own virtual proof directly through our website by:
- Selecting a product
- Click "Create Virtual Sample" option under the product image
- Choosing the product colour
- Select "Add logo" on the right filter option box
- Choose save, print or email the virtual so you can keep a personal copy
