We understand that sometimes you need your promotional products in a hurry. Our Rush Order service is designed to help you meet tight deadlines and last-minute events by expediting production. When you select our Rush Order service, our team prioritizes your order and works to compress our standard production timeline, giving you the best possible chance of receiving your items when you need them. This service is ideal for urgent campaigns, surprise corporate events, or situations where standard production timeframes will not work for your schedule.
Rush Order Required Information
Rush Orders must be submitted with the following information:
Items
Rush Order services are available for select in-stock products only. NOT all products we offer qualify for this service.
Order Quantity
Rush Orders must meet our minimum order requirements (1st tier) pricing listed on our website. Some items may have a maximum threshold to qualify. Less than minimum order requests are NOT accepted.
Artwork
Artwork is accepted in vector format (EPS, IN, AI, high-resolution PDF). Non-vector artwork will be refused or charged a fee to update. Design updates may be denied depending on the requested delivery timeframe. PMS colour matching may be offered, but it is item-specific. Customers must include the specific PMS code with their order.
Proofing
Rush Orders do not receive a proof for approval. Rush Orders are placed directly into our production schedule for the fastest service.
Imprint Colours
Rush Orders on promotional products are offered with a standard 1 colour imprint, 1 imprinted location. Most items are printed in CMYK values. Full colour and multi-colour requests are not accepted.
Pricing
Rush Orders are subject to all regular order fees and an additional Rush Order service fee. Regular fees include the cost of the items, set-up fees, PMS run charges (If applicable) and delivery fees. Rush Order fees vary by item and manufacturer.
Production Times
Production times may vary depending on the product and service level selected. This information will be listed on your personalized estimate.
Shipping
Standard courier services are used. Expedited service may be available for a premium service fee. Anything Printing cannot be held liable for missed transit times or shipping delays. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Payments
Rush Orders are prepaid by eTransfer or EMT payment only.
Additional fees may be incurred throughout the production process. Anything Printing has up to 60 days once an order ships to collect any additional fees incurred for the order. Customers will be provided with an additional invoice for any additional fees incurred.
Rush Order Cancellation
Once a Rush Order has been paid in full, the order cannot be updated or cancelled for any reason. Rush Orders are immediately placed into our production schedule.

By selecting our Rush Order service, you acknowledge and agree that you are ordering at your own risk. While we make every effort to accommodate rush requests and meet expedited timelines, we do not make any guarantees. Rush Orders are subject to product availability, production capacity, customization complexity, and shipping destination — all factors beyond our complete control.
Rush Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is received or production begins. Due to the expedited nature of these orders, we cannot accommodate changes, corrections, or cancellations after your order has been confirmed and entered into production.
We cannot be held liable for any errors due to human inaccuracy, machinery malfunction, losses, damages, shipping delays or expenses incurred if your Rush Order does not arrive by your desired date or as expected, including but not limited to costs associated with missed events, alternative product procurement, or business interruption.
We strongly recommend ordering within our standard production times whenever possible.
Our Rush Order policies supersede any customer in-house policies. Our customer accepts all risk and assumes all responsibility for placing a Rush Order.
