Anything Printing offers rush order service on hundreds of promotional solutions. Rush Orders are subject to a premium service fee which is over and above the product, set-up, delivery, and any other fees associated with the order.
Rush Order Information
Rush Orders must be submitted with the following information:
Our Rush Order policies supersede any customer in-house policies.
Items
Rush Order services are offered on select in stock products ONLY. NOT all the products we offer qualify for this service.
Order Quantity
Rush Orders must meet our minimum order requirements (1st tier) pricing listed on our website. Some items may have a maximum threshold in order to qualify. Less than minimum orders are NOT accepted.
Artwork
Artwork is accepted in vector format (EPS, IN, AI, high resolution PDF) - PDF preferred. Non-vector artwork will be refused. PMS colour matching may be offered, but is item specific. Include PMS code or colour name with order, if not we do our best to match in CMYK values.
Proofing
Rush Orders do NOT receive a proof for approval. Rush Orders go directly into our production schedule for fastest service.
Imprint Colours
Rush Orders on promotional products, are offered with a standard 1 colour imprint, 1 printed location ONLY to qualify.
Production Times
Production times may vary depending on product and service level selected. This information will be listed on your personalized estimate.
Shipping
Standard common courier services are used. Expedited service is available for MOST locations in Canada for a premium service fee. We cannot be held not liable for missed transit times or shipping delays due to courier error. We do NOT provding shipping to PO boxes.
Payment
Rush Orders are accepted pre-paid ONLY. We prefer eTransfer or EMT payments. Anything Printing has up to 60 days proceeding the order to collect any additional fees incurred for the order.
Rush Order Cancellation
Once a Rush Order has been paid in full the order cannot be updated or cancelled for any reason. Rush Orders are immediately placed into our production schedule.

We do our best to ensure all Rush Orders are delivered on-time without defect.
We make no guarantees, assume no responsibility, and cannot be held liable and for any imperfections due to machinery, production, or human error. We cannot be held liable for missed transit times.
Our customer accepts all risk and assumes all responsibility for placing a Rush Order.
