It is our goal that every order be delivered on time with no issues. That said from time to time mistakes do happen. We will replace all incorrect items 1 for 1 (Excluding RUSH orders) due to defect or error as fast as we can.
We may request the defective products to be returned. All returns must be received in "Like New" condition, in the original packaging packaging and must include all tags, instructions and paperwork. If not received in "Like New" condition Anything Printing reserves the right not to process the order return.
Apparel and Headwear Warranty
All apparel and headwear products carry a 90 day limited warranty. We will replace 1 for 1 any defective products due to manufacturer error. However, once a customer wears and/ or washes any of our apparel or headwear products our warranty is no longer valid. Certain conditions apply. Please follow our best care practices to ensure the longest life cycle.
Promotional and Trade Show Products
Our promotional and trade show products carry 7 day print defect warranty and a 1 year parts warranty. We will replace any defective products 1 for 1 due to defect or error. Manufacturer defect does include a damages to a product due to the customer not following proper set-up or operational instructions.
Our printing products carry 7 day print defect warranty. We will replace any products found to contain printing errors caused by us, or to be defective in workmanship or materials. We do not offer warranty if you provide design artwork files and they do not print to your satisfaction.
